Blueberry Dream CBD Smoothie
Posted: 2020-06-09

Inspired by the celebrated cannabis strain Blue Dream, this out-of-this-world delicious smoothie will keep the good energy flowing. Combining antioxidant-rich fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, and goji berries, this nutritious drink will give you the energy that you need to live each day to the fullest. Goji berries are also an excellent source of Vitamin A, which is a vital resource that helps improve vision and the immune system. Organic hemp hearts are also a fantastic protein-packed ingredient that contains all nine essential amino acids. With a touch of cinnamon, this smoothie is what dreams are made of.

If you’re new to making cannabis-infused drinks, smoothies are incredibly easy to enhance with phytocannabinoids. All you need to do is add is your favorite cannabis drops, then blend away! We love using Care By Design’s 18:1 CBD Drops with this recipe. The high CBD to low THC ratio is perfect for enjoying in the morning, giving you a boost of energy and balance without imparting any intoxicating effects. Our 18:1 CBD Drops also present very mild flavors, so it pairs well with just about everything. Enjoy!
