Our government relations team is working closely with cannabis patients, scientists, consumer advocates, social justice organizations, labor unions, trade associations, and industry colleagues to ensure that the emerging cannabis industry is aligned with California’s progressive values.
Government & Consumer Affairs
Our work in government affairs continues the CannaCraft tradition of giving-back and looking-forward. It takes a village to build a fair and safe Cannabis industry. In addition to our in-house Legal Counsel and regulation compliance team, CannaCraft has a dedicated government relations representative that works collaboratively with policy makers and allies – inside and outside the industry. Since our inception, our goal has been to work effectively with local, state and federal officials to help shape sound policies and regulations. We most recently advocated successfully for cannabis to be deemed essential, during this Covid-19 pandemic. It is critical that consumers have access to safe and affordable legal cannabis products.

Consumer Safety
This company was founded to make safe and effective cannabis. We’ve played a vital role in shaping California’s testing standards, which ensure that California cannabis products are among the cleanest in the world.
State Advocacy
We’re working closely with California legislators to enact tax reform, remove barriers to entering the market, streamline regulations (without compromising on safety), improve the industry’s environmental footprint, and address social justice issues.
Federal Advocacy
On a federal level we’re working closely with our allies in Washington to map out a sensible pathway to federal legalization. We’re committed to ending Prohibition and ending a damaging Drug War once and for all.
